Very reasonably priced and helped identify additional problems with other infestations of rodents I didn't know I had. Very responsive and followed up with additional appointments to make sure the problem has been solved (as opposed to other companies that charge you for each visit).

John responded the same day I notified him and approached the problem of getting a racoon off my roof in a direct manner by getting on the roof. Another company I had hired only left traps on the ground even though I urged them to get on the roof. John captured the racoon in a trap with a process that took a half hour from start to finish, and he left with the racoon.

Very professional and competent. John responded the same day as my post and got the trapping process started. He also found the problem source and fixed the issue on the house. Very pleased with how quickly my problem was resolved. Will definitely recommend and use his services again.

Very satisfied with the work John and his crew performed for a mice infestation as well as snakes in the basement/attic. John also returned twice as followup to ensure there were no further problems, even giving me free snake boards and extra mice packets.His price for the total job was very reasonable for the work performed, considering I had estimates from $4,500-$13,000! He didn't showup for the estimate with clipboard in hand and immediately start to sell a yearly contract to me and when we went down to the crawlspace, he jumped right in to look around. THAT impressed me, when the other 5 companies wouldn't even peek into there. I have recommended Potomac Pest Control to 3 friends since the job was completed.

John responded promptly (same day) and came to our house within 2 days of the request. He was outstanding - thorough, careful, knowledgeable, explained his findings and all the options for treatment, and when he couldn't initially find evidence for his diagnosis (that there was a raccoon in an inaccessible part of our attic) he came back and kept inspecting the grounds until he found proof to pinpoint the tree that the raccoon was using for access, which we then removed. The rodenticide he used for the mice in the basement was effective and odorless. Both the attic and the basement wildlife problems are cured. Price was reasonable. We will subscribe to his quarterly maintenance program. Two of my neighbors have used him, and were delighted with the quality and outcome of the service. Recommend him highly.

"Wow! What a great experience. It is New Year's Eve, we had an animal scratching around inside our microwave vent, and we had trouble finding anyone to come out. Then we called Potomac Pest & Termite Control--they answered the phone right away and had someone here in 30 minutes!
